After my lap-band surgery, I did great.  I was down a total of 90 lbs.  A year and a half ago, I lost my husband, suddenly.  That put my entire life into a downward spiral.  Feeling sorry for myself, I grazed myself up 35 lbs.!  I knew my pouch was still there and working because I ate until I made myself sick.  I am happy to say that after following The 5 Day Pouch Test I am down 9 pounds.  It has brought back my ambition to continue and get back on track.  NO MORE SLIDER FOODS FOR ME!  It’s a good idea to periodically re-visit your plans Do’s & Don’ts so you can keep on track.  We didn’t go through surgery to end up back where we started!  Thank you!

The items were shipped fast and wrapped beautiful.  The extra surprise was wonderful.  I did the books for myself but getting them wrapped was special for me.  I love the books and am devouring them.
