How do I return an item?

Items shipped from LivingAfterWLS Bookstore may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Once return is received, inspected, and processed a 100% cost of merchandise refund will be issued if product is determined undamaged. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping from customer to LivingAfterWLS is borne by the buyer.

To return items received over 30 days ago but within 90 days we offer a 70% refund once the returned item is received at our store and inspection determines it is undamaged. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping from customer to LivingAfterWLS is borne by the buyer.

To request a refund authorization number please email us: Bookstore@LivingAfterWLS.com. Include in your email order number, name, date item received, and reason for return.

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. An email notification is sent to the buy with the refund issue details. Please make sure you have provided an active email account with your LivingAfterWLS order and all communication to us.

Items returned "Refused": Should you change your mind before receiving your order you may mark the unopened package "Refused" for the United States Post Office to return it to us. This only applies to items that have not been confirmed "Delivered" by the Post Office. If a "Delivered" item is returned to us "Refused" a refund of 50% of product invoice will be issued. Please drop us an email if you have "Refused" a package so we may be on the lookout for it. The return transit time of a "Refused" item can exceed two weeks, so it is important we keep an eye on the tracking status.
